Инвестиционный менеджер в иностранную компанию (CFA - обязательно)

Mandatory, practical experience in building financial models

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of investment analysts and consultants.
control of the investment unit through analysis and research work
• Receive and analyze up-to-date information about target companies in accordance with the corporate investment strategy and guidelines
• Conduct a comprehensive audit of target companies and industries by examining and analyzing financial statements and market data
• coordinate our company's meetings with potential target companies
• Keep your portfolio and financial data up-to-date
• analyze financial information related to specific companies, such as the company's results of operations, profits and losses, balance sheet and cash flow statements, to determine which positions the organization can offer to investors
• conduct financial modeling and forecasting
• Prepare detailed reports that help senior management make key investment decisions
• make recommendations to management, being able to come up with ideas and clearly articulate the risks or benefits for each recommendation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Basic qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Accounting
• Work experience in a similar position for at least 5 years
• Strong financial modeling skills
• * CFA, MBA, Franchise Company diplomas/ candidates will have a significant advantage CFA certificate three levels

• A general understanding of corporate finance and financial markets
• Data collection and analysis skills
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Confident presentation skills
• * Through an understanding of financial analysis and investment strategy
• Interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and on a tight schedule

• Excellent skills in working with Excel, PowerPoint and Word programs
