IT Project Manager (Middle/Senior)

Central Asian University is hiring a full-time Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital products, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery across cross-functional teams (design, dev, data, medical, etc.).
• Maintain and adapt a Scrumban workflow to support dynamic product cycles.
• Organize and improve delivery processes: sprint planning, retros, risk tracking, reporting.
• Coordinate documentation, team communication, resource planning, and vendor follow-up.
• Track progress using ClickUp, Notion, or similar tools.
• Ensure alignment across product, engineering, and business teams.
• Remove blockers, clarify priorities, and keep the team focused and motivated.
• Monitor KPIs, timelines, risks, and ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in project management within tech/product companies.
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban / Scrumban.
• Strong proficiency in PM tools (ClickUp, Notion, Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Familiarity with SDLC, QA cycles, CI/CD, and Git workflows is a plus.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• PM certifications are a plus but not required.
• Experience in startups or fast-paced environments preferred.

• Multilingual: English (required), Russian/Uzbek (preferred).

• Work schedule: 5/7, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
