About the Role:

Sigma Software is looking for a dedicated IT Recruiter to support our hiring needs. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending strong IT candidates for open roles within our global growing team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with knowledge of the local IT market who enjoys working independently and build a cross functional engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively source and attract top IT talent using various channels
• Conduct candidate pre-screens and assess technical and soft skills
• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and internal teams
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for key positions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
• Provide comprehensive and detailed market insights
• Participate on local recruitment events in case of necessity

Requirements:
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English is the must (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of the IT industry, technologies, and roles
• Good knowledge of the local IT talent market (Uzbekistan)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills
• High attention to detail, responsibility, and self-motivation
• Previous experience in IT recruitment is a significant advantage
