We specialize in IT Security, Cloud Technologies, IT Infrastructure, CAD & Graphics, and Video Security, helping partners and customers implement complex, high-value IT solutions.
We are expanding our IT Security direction in Uzbekistan and are looking for a proactive and ambitious IT Security Business Development Manager to drive partner and vendor business growth in the region.
Your Mission
As an IT Security BDM, you will be responsible for developing partner ecosystem, driving vendor solutions to the market, and supporting complex IT Security projects from opportunity to successful closure.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand relationships with new and existing partners

Support partners in their projects: opportunity identification, commercial offer preparation, follow-up, and deal closure

Drive business development and marketing initiatives in collaboration with vendors

Conduct meetings, presentations, and POCs with partners and end customers
-
Coordinate cooperation between partners, vendors, and Softprom (deal registration, partner programs, enablement)
-
Prepare sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts
What We Are Looking For
-
1+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development in IT or telecommunications in Uzbekistan
-
Strong interest in IT Security solutions (DLP, PAM, SIEM, MDM, WAF, etc.)
-
Ability to quickly learn and work with technically complex solutions
-
Result-oriented, proactive, and independent mindset
-
Strong communication and presentation skills
-
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing market
-
English — Intermediate or higher
Experience in system integration or IT distribution will be a strong plus, but we value learning ability and motivation even more.
