Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, ensuring smooth operation of systems, networks, and devices across the organization. This role combines user support with hands-on infrastructure maintenance, system administration, and basic technical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, office equipment, and operating systems
• Administer users, groups, and permissions in Active Directory
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workstations, applications, and peripheral devices
• Set up and maintain wired/wireless networks, IP surveillance systems, phone systems, and access control systems
• Perform basic cabling tasks (Ethernet/coaxial), including installation of switches, routers, and patch panels
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, service logs, and technical documentation
• Support data backup systems, file servers, and shared network resources
• Assist with IT infrastructure projects and implementation of new technologies
• Provide basic training or guidance to staff as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems; basic knowledge of Linux is a plus

• Familiarity with computer hardware, networks, and IT troubleshooting tools

• Ability to install and maintain IP cameras, routers, wireless devices, and office equipment

• Good understanding of IT documentation and service logging

• Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and work on ladders when required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written)

• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) are an advantage
