Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Development:

   • Analyze and study information provided by editors, including facts, data, news, and source references.
   • Identify key points and develop the main idea for stories.
   • Write texts for news segments to be read by anchors, as well as other content outside of news blocks.
   • Structure stories effectively, with engaging introductions, detailed middles, and clear conclusions.
   • Add examples, quotes, and data for more compelling narratives.

2. Communication and Collaboration:

   • Establish contact with experts, eyewitnesses, and organizational representatives.
   • Conduct follow-up calls or Zoom interviews to gather additional comments and perspectives.
   • Maintain constant communication with editors to clarify the agenda, agree on topics, and obtain materials.

3. Fact-Checking and Editing:

   • Verify all details to ensure accuracy and avoid errors.
   • Adjust text based on editorial feedback and suggestions.
   • Adapt complex concepts into accessible language for a broad audience while maintaining meaning.

4. Visual and Multimedia Integration:

   • Provide recommendations on visuals such as videos, photos, and infographics to accompany stories.
   • Create short summaries or explanations for graphics that complement the narrative.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to write clear, accessible, and engaging content.
• Strong grammar skills and a talent for creating well-structured texts.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with various individuals, including experts and representatives.
• Professionalism and courtesy in interactions.
• Capacity to quickly understand new information and distinguish between primary and secondary details.
• Proficiency in managing large volumes of text and meeting tight deadlines.
• A systematic and organized approach to work.
• Basic knowledge of video or audio editing is a plus.
