Junior Consultant, banks and financial institutions consultancy

As an Advanced Staff in the Bank Consulting practice, you will support the delivery of strategic and operational consulting services to banking and financial services clients. You will work closely with managers and senior leadership to help banks navigate complex challenges related to regulatory compliance, digital transformation, risk management, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor / master degree from a top university - Economics, Finance
• 1-3 years of experience in banking or any financial institution will be a plus
• Understanding of banking products (retail, commercial, investment) and regulatory environment.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Russian

Responsibilities:

• Support project delivery for banking clients, contributing to analysis, documentation, presentations, and implementation of solutions.
• Support implementation of new processes, technologies, and regulatory frameworks
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities. Prepare clear, concise reports and dashboards.
• Work under direct the supervision of managers
