About us
We are building a DeFi crypto service that provides users with a centralized knowledge base about providers, products, and risks in the DeFi space. Our mission is to bring clarity and transparency to a highly fragmented market.

Your Role
As a Junior Research Analyst, you will support the development of our DeFi knowledge database. You will gather, structure, and compare information on DeFi protocols and products. Working closely with the founding team, you will gradually grow into more independent analysis work.

Responsibilities

• Collect key information about DeFi protocols (e.g. name, website, product types, KYC/Compliance status, team background, audits).

• Maintain and updаtеa structured knowledge base (e.g. Notion, Airtable, Excel).

• Compare existing information providers and analytics websites focused on DeFi products.

• Document findings in clear tables, summaries, and short reports.

• Assist in preparing weekly research updates.

Your Profile

• University degree (completed or ongoing) or first work experience in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science or related fields.

• Strong interest in crypto & DeFi (e.g. through personal projects, wallets, staking, hackathons, or community engagement).

• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure and process information.

• Good English skills (minimum B2, as most sources are in English).

• Detail-oriented, structured, and eager to learn — no need to be an expert yet, but curiosity and systematic thinking are essential.

Nice-to-have (not required)

• First experience with tools like Etherscan, Dune, DeFiLlama, Token Terminal.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/SQL/Python for simple data analysis.

• Interest in crypto regulation & compliance (KYC/AML).
