We are looking for a Junior Driver Safety Trainer to join our team and support distribution activities across Uzbekistan. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while conducting training for drivers and employees. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards in loading, driving, and unloading procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior trainers in theoretical and practical driver training sessions.
• Prepare training materials and maintain documentation.
• Participate in audits, safety checks, and compliance activities.
• Support safety and quality projects, including incident analysis.
• Gain proficiency in telematics systems and reporting tools.
• Help create and updаtеtransportation and delivery procedures.
• Execute BSP plans and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain readiness for emergency operational support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in technical or logistics field).
• Basic knowledge of transportation and safety principles.
• Strong motivation to learn and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
• Leadership qualities, patience, and perseverance
• Uzbek, English, Russian languages- fluent
