Responsibilities:
- Assist in Tender Participation: Support in analyzing tender requirements, reviewing technical specifications, and preparing submission documents.
- Database Management: Update and manage the internal database of products and suppliers.
- Vendor Communication: Reach out to vendors, request quotes, clarify product specifications, and follow up on responses using Email, WeChat, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Product Analysis: Gather and input product data in comparison tables, cross-check specifications, and identify product fit for project needs.
- Cost Calculations and Comparisons: Help calculate costs, assess pricing, and compare product specifications to assist in selection decisions.
- Documentation Support: Edit and modify templates, fill in required forms, and ensure document formatting meets tender submission standards.
- Adapt to New Tools and Processes: Learn and use company tools and follow company guidelines to increase performance in the procurement process.
Requirements:
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and compare technical specifications.
- Language Proficiency: Good understanding of English (B1 level), both written and spoken.
- Instruction-Following Abilities: Ability to carefully follow detailed instructions and fill in tables accurately.
- Flexibility and Willingness to Learn: Openness to learning new tools, techniques, and processes, with an eagerness to adapt and improve.
- Communication Skills: Effective in communicating with vendors and team members in a professional manner.
- Software Proficiency: Basic skills in Google Sheets, Excel, and email software. Familiarity with Email, WeChat, or WhatsApp is a plus but not required.
Conditions:
- Position Type: Full-time, 3-month paid internship with potential for permanent placement based on performance.
- Work Environment: Collaborative, professional environment with opportunities to learn and develop new skills.
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
