• Maintain and oversee the operation of multiple laboratories, ensuring readiness for teaching and research activities.
• Install, organize, and commission laboratory equipment; manage equipment setup and basic configuration.
• Perform routine maintenance of technical equipment and coordinate repairs/service when needed.
• Prepare, support, and conduct experiments in collaboration with faculty, researchers, and students.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory IT systems (e.g., computers, lab networks, basic software, data acquisition setups, peripheral devices).

• Strong hands-on technical skills and a practical problem-solving mindset.
  Prior experience in laboratory environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CAD and/or FEM tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS, Abaqus, COMSOL) is preferred.
  Ability to work independently, document work clearly, and manage multiple tasks reliably.
• Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English (spoken and written)
