Duties:

To handle various legal issues encountered during daily transaction, participate in project negotiation, and review contract risks.
To draft various contracts, NDA, MOU, letters and other legal documents.
To participate in handling disputes and coping with government inspections, analyze cases, provide solutions, prepare evidence materials, and perform relevant operations according to legal procedures.
To participate in the company's legal compliance work, provide daily legal advice in various spheres of law, and provide legal analysis and insight reports.
To manage the delegation of the company, draft and review the POAs.
To manage the company's seal affairs, draft and review the relevant documents.
To conduct Legal Insights and newsletter.
To handle other daily legal affairs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degrees in Law
2-3 years of professional experience in a law firm or relevant corporate environment.
Good understanding in Civil Code，International Business Law, Private International Law, Lobar Code，Corporate Law ，Cybersecurity law，Personal Data law etc..
Good knowledge of IP Law, Licensing Law, Administrative legislation，Tax Law，Finance Law，Custom Law etc..
Fluency in written and spoken English, Russian and Uzbek.
Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented
Ability to organize and prioritize workload whilst meeting with the tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willing to work in an international team and develop effective working relations with colleagues
Proactive and self-motivated to get hands-on challenges and work under pressure
Proficiency in software and tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.
Professional attitude and strong personal ethics
