Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive In-House Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support and guidance across all areas of the company’s operations. The successful candidate will contribute to managing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, draft and review contracts, and act as a trusted legal advisor to the business.

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of issues including corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment law, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Draft, review, and help negotiate commercial agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Monitor and help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support the company in managing litigation, arbitration, and other legal disputes.
• Advise senior management and business units on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
• Assist in corporate governance matters, including board meetings, filings, and compliance.
• Conduct legal research and keep abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions as needed.
• Develop and deliver training programs to employees on legal issues and compliance policies.

• Higher education in Law
• 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, preferably with in-house legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Russian language – fluent; English – at least upper intermediate level
