KEY DUTIES AND TASKS

• Monitor legal risk in documentation and giving guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk.
• Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for natural and juristic persons.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence.
• Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed.
• Explain the law and give legal advice to business departments.
• Draft, review and manage contracts and deeds.
• Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
• Drafting, registration, monitoring incoming and outgoing letters; Power of Attorneys;
• Company internal policies update, translation and monitoring;
• Sending news and legislation updаtеwith more specific background approved by the Legal Manager;
• Responsible for document exchange between entities, working with post, courier services;
• Control on in-coming and out-going letters.
• Audit on the documents stored in each departments.
• Eng-Rus-Uzb, Rus-Eng-Uzb translations of Department;
• Preparing presentations on the requested topics by Manager;
• Preparing reports, collecting information, writing legal statement on the requested topics by Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in law (essential).
• At least 2-3 years of legal experience
• Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
