Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to position ConnectUB as a leading business platform in the region

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new market opportunities

• Manage brand consistency across all offline and online channels

• Represent ConnectUB in exhibitions, partnerships, or marketing-related events

Digital Marketing

• Oversee and manage digital campaigns across social media, email, and web

• Drive SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies

• Manage online advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

• Maintain performance dashboards and report campaign effectiveness

Traditional & Offline Marketing

• Plan and execute offline campaigns, events, and public relations activities

• Coordinate with media outlets, advertising agencies, and houses

• Supervise production of marketing materials – brochures, banners, business kits, etc.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with business development, content, and design teams

• Coordinate marketing support for product launches, feature updates, and user onboarding

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of activities

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (experience with startups or platforms is a plus)

• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) – a mandatory requirement

• Solid knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Proficient in tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and MS Office

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
