???? Role Summary
IT Park Uzbekistan is seeking a Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to attract and convert international leads for our programs and initiatives outside of Uzbekistan.
You will be responsible for building and managing the full lead generation engine: from defining ICPs and researching markets to launching multichannel campaigns, managing CRM, and reporting on funnel performance. The key goal is to turn global interest into qualified meetings and opportunities for our team.
???? What You’ll Do

Deliver a predictable monthly pipeline of MQLs and SQLs from priority countries/regions.

Build target account lists and buyer personas (tech companies, BPO/ITO, R&D centers, VCs, accelerators, corporate innovation).

Plan and execute multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid social/search, content syndication, partner co-marketing).

Run account-based marketing (ABM) plays: personalized sequences, one-to-few landing pages, tailored offers for top accounts.

Create or brief content: landing pages, one-pagers, case studies, outreach copy that resonates with decision-makers.

Generate meetings around trade shows, roadshows, and delegations; manage pre-event outreach and follow-up.

Build lead-gen partnerships with chambers, embassies, accelerators, VC funds, marketplaces, and media.

Own CRM hygiene and MarTech stack: lead scoring, attribution, dashboards, A/B tests, data quality.

Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and local regulations; maintain brand consistency.
✅ Requirements

3–5+ years in B2B international marketing or demand generation (tech, SaaS, outsourcing/BPO, investment promotion, or ecosystem building preferred).

Proven track record of building pipeline in new markets via outbound + performance channels.

Strong copywriting skills for outreach and landing pages.

Hands-on experience with CRM & marketing tools (HubSpot/Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, GA, Ads platforms).

Data-driven mindset with solid understanding of funnel metrics, CPL/CAC, and ROI optimization.

Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek (C1/C2). Additional languages (Turkish, Arabic, Korean, German, etc.) are a plus.

Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally (Partnerships, Resident Relations, Government/International).

Experience in marketing tech parks, SEZs, FDI programs, or startup/innovation ecosystems.

Campaign execution for Europe, MENA, or APAC markets.

Event marketing at global conferences (Web Summit, GITEX, LEAP, VivaTech, Slush).

PR/media relations and partner co-marketing.
