• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services;
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends;
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events;
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business goals;
• Work with field staff (merchandisers, sales representatives) to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies at the point of sale;
• Analyze and track marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results;
• Prepare marketing reports and presentations for senior management;
• Manage the company’s brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing materials;
• Organize and oversee promotional events and activations;
• Travel for business purposes, including visiting different regions to support marketing efforts.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience in the tobacco, alcohol, or FMCG industries is required;
• Fluency in Uzbek is mandatory, along with proficiency in English and Russian;
• Experience working with field staff (merchandisers, sales representatives) and managing field activities;
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with various departments;
• Ability to travel for business trips as needed;
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on results.
