We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Professional to join our team who will help us to drive revenue growth via marketing tools in our firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong proactive skills, an understanding of the automotive industry, international trade and solid marketing knowledge with a proven track record of achieving marketing results. As a Marketing Professional, you will ensure to deliver exceptional and quality work to meet and exceed the goals, implement marketing strategies making the firm to gain a well known position in the international auto-brokerage arena. Knowledge of English and Russian for this role is a must. IELTS score of 6-7 level is required for this role. Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, promotions, and pricing information to maximize revenue and profitability for the company. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring an adequate selection of vehicles which should help Sales Managers to meet customer demand while optimizing turnover and minimizing carrying costs.

• Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Provide regular reports to management.

• Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with the team on the interactive basis, leveraging opportunities for collaboration and business growth.

• Training and Development: Enhance your product knowledge, Marketing techniques, and Training skills.

• Marketing: Promote and advertise the firm and current inventory using marketing instruments and tools (Wordpress, Facebook, Instagram, Internal Tools). Provide a deep understanding of the content processing and build a strategy for the continuous promotions.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and pricing.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, competitive environment and under pressure.

• Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel), Google Sheets and Google tools.
