Marketing Specialist with Knowledge in Student Admission

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the university’s undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
• Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, events, and partnerships, to attract prospective students.
• Conduct market research to identify target demographics and develop outreach plans accordingly.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns across online and offline platforms.
• Organize and participate in education fairs, webinars, and university open days to engage potential students.
• Develop and manage content for promotional materials, website, and social media platforms.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvements.
• Establish relationships with schools, educational consultants, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance student recruitment efforts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Assist with the admissions process, including application review, document verification, and communication with prospective students.
• Provide guidance and support to applicants regarding admission requirements, deadlines, and program details.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or student recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
• Experience in admissions, student recruitment, or educational marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Uzbek, English and Russian.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and positioning.
