Job Description:

We are seeking a MIddle Python Software Engineer to lead the development of scalable web applications and APIs. This role involves designing robust backend systems, ensuring code quality, and mentoring junior developers.R

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Django and Flask.
• Integrate third-party services including AWS (Boto3), Redis, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Ensure high code quality through best practices and automated testing.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers and product managers.
• Lead and mentor team members, providing technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Python web development.
• Fework Expertise: Strong experience with Django (>=5.1.1) and Flask (>=3.0.3).
• API Development: Proficiency in RESTful API development using Django REST Framework.
• Database Management: Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS services like S3, EC2, and SNS.
• Testing & CI/CD: Experience with pytest, model-bakery, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Code Quality: Familiarity with Black, Ruff, and isort for code formatting and linting.
• Version Control: Strong Git skills.
• Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Celery, PaycomUz, and New Relic.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
