Job Responsibilities:

• Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases; write optimized queries and migrations.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality RESTful and gRPC APIs using ASP.NET Core.

• Write clean, testable code following SOLID principles, DRY, and KISS guidelines.

  Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions.

• Identify performance bottlenecks, profile applications, and implement optimizations.

• Actively participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

  Integrate with third party services and official government services.

Education:

• Computer Science and Bachelor's Degree Software Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus but not required

Work Experience:

• 3–4 years of commercial experience.

• Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments with evolving priorities

• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum.

• Proven track record of delivering features end-to-end in a team environment.

Hard Skills:

• .NET 8 + and C# 12 +
• Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS And other Design Patterns.
• SQL Server / PostgreSQL (EF Core, raw SQL, migrations); Redis (caching)
• RabbitMQ or Kafka; event-driven design fundamentals
• xUnit, Moq, integration tests with WebApplicationFactory, FluentAssertion
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback to peers.
• Docker, basic Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions ) will be plus
• Write and maintain technical documentation for services, APIs, and architectural decisions.

• Collaborative mindset — contributes to the team’s success, not just personal deliverables.
• Adaptable under shifting requirements — thrives in dynamic, startup-style environments.
• Strong analytical thinking — breaks down complex problems before writing a single line of code.

Desirable Criteria:

• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, and observability practices.
• Familiarity with gRPC / Protocol Buffers for inter-service communication.
• Basic experience integrating with government / e-Gov APIs or regulated third-party services.
• Knowledge of event sourcing patterns and outbox pattern.
