Middle or Senior Fullstack Engineer

Job description

• Writing code according to customer specifications and requirements
• Team up with other programmers for group development
• Document your work

Required IT skills

1.Frontend

• 2+ years of experience with Next.js and React (SPA/SSR)

• Proficiency in styling with Tailwind CSS

• Experience integrating with REST APIs (JSON)

2.Backend

• 2+ years of experience developing APIs with Node.js (Express)

• Python programming experience for business logic

• Experience with relational database design and performance optimization (PostgreSQL or similar)

3.DevOps / Infrastructure

• Hands-on experience deploying systems on AWS (ECS, ECR, RDS, S3)

• Proficiency with Docker-based development and deployment

• Experience using infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, etc.)

4.General

• Experience working in a GitHub-based team environment

• Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

• Ability to write and review design documents (in Japanese or English)

1.We are developing a system that automates and standardizes HR operations such as attendance tracking, payroll, and performance evaluations, along with integrated customer management tools for booking, scheduling, and history tracking.

2.We are developing an AI-based facial recognition system for use cases such as attendance logging, access control, and customer identification.
We are seeking engineers who can apply their knowledge of computer vision and machine learning to real-world applications and bring facial recognition systems to production quality.
