Our client is an international AdTech company that develops modern solutions for data-driven and privacy-safe advertising. Their products help brands and platforms improve audience targeting and campaign performance. The team works on high-load systems and implements cutting-edge programmatic technologies.

Job Description

Develop and maintain backend services in Golang, ensuring clean and efficient code.

• Implement and improve endpoint management features
• Integrate and maintain adapters for different DSP/SSP connections, focusing on stability and performance.
• Optimize request processing pipelines to achieve low latency and meet performance expectations.
• Write and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in code reviews, propose improvements, and share knowledge with teammates.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Golang and solid understanding of backend development principles.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining SSP (Supply-Side Platform) components or similar AdTech systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
• Good understanding and practical experience with some of the following technologies: Kubernetes, Aerospike, Kafka, MySQL, SQS, SNS (the more, the better).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned areas.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Result-oriented mindset with focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Comfortable working in a startup-like environment with evolving processes and high dynamics.

• Upper-intermediate English
