We’re seeking a versatile Motion & 3D Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, with strong expertise in branding, motion graphics, and 3D/CGI design. This role blends creative direction with technical skills to deliver innovative visuals across print, digital, and motion platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Storytelling & Illustration: Develop illustrations and concepts that communicate ideas and narratives effectively.
• 2D Motion Design: Create dynamic motion graphics and animated visuals for social media, advertising, and presentations.
• 3D Design & CGI Production:
  • Design and render high-quality 3D visuals for branding, packaging, and product presentations.
  • Build CGI assets, environments, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and multimedia projects.
  • Utilize modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques to bring concepts to life with realistic or stylized outputs.
• VFX & Post-Production: Integrate CGI elements with live-action or motion graphics to create immersive content.
• Content Design for Marketing Platforms: Develop social media visuals, packaging mockups, advertising assets, and digital campaigns.
• Photoshop & Asset Enhancement: Retouch, edit, and optimize images and graphics to ensure premium quality.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and teams to understand project requirements, present concepts, and incorporate feedback.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with global design trends, motion graphics innovations, and 3D/CGI technologies.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong skills in 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max).
• Experience with CGI rendering engines (Cycles, Redshift, Octane, V-Ray, or similar).
• Knowledge of motion design pipelines (storyboarding, animatics, final execution).
• Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and cinematic design.
• Ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with packaging and product visualization in 3D.
• Knowledge of simulation effects (particles, fluids, smoke, dynamics).
• Familiarity with AR/VR-ready assets or interactive 3D design.
