The Opportunity

What You'll Do

As our operational powerhouse, you'll wear multiple hats and drive excellence across:

Operations & Project Management

• Oversee multiple AI development projects simultaneously
• Ensure timely delivery and quality standards across all client projects
• Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables
• Implement and optimize operational processes and workflows

Client Relations & Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients
• Manage client expectations, requirements, and feedback
• Conduct project status meetings and presentations
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Product Development Support

• Collaborate on product roadmaps and feature planning
• Gather and analyze client requirements
• Support product strategy decisions with market insights
• Bridge communication between technical teams and clients

Quality Assurance

• Develop and implement testing procedures for AI solutions
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before client delivery
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
• Maintain documentation and best practices

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken) - you'll be our voice to international clients
• 1 year of experience in operations, project management, or similar roles
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Highly Valued

• Experience in tech startups or software development environments
• Background in AI, machine learning, or emerging technologies
• Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum)
• Experience with international clients and cross-cultural communication
