Network Supervisor/Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formulating and managing network development plans and network management systems.
2. Responsible for managing dealer review, network entry, and exit management.
3. Responsible for maintaining good relations with distributors, supporting the development and promotion of distributors' business, and coordinating relevant internal departments to cooperate with distributors.
4. Responsible for cooperating with distributors to import, build stores, and train until the first order is issued.
5. Responsible for other tasks arranged by the department manager.

Requirements:

1. Academic requirements: Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, business administration, business or automobile is preferred.
2. Work experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience, and those with experience in the development and management of automobile dealers can be appropriately relaxed and given priority.
3. Skills: 1. Familiar with the Uzb automobile market and dealer network.2. Understand the trend and development of the Uzb automobile market.3. Proficient in office software (such as Excel and Word).4. Good English, Russian/Uzbek reading and writing skills, if you have Chinese experience, you can relax appropriately.
4. Other requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and coordination skills, able to efficiently handle dealer-related matters.2. Understand the basic knowledge of international trade and Uzb automobile industry policies, and be able to quickly adapt to changing regulatory requirements.3. Meticulous and good organizational skills, able to efficiently complete cross-departmental collaborative work.4. Have a strong ability to analyze and solve problems, and be able to maintain efficient work under pressure.5. Be able to adapt to the fast-paced work environment and play a role in teamwork.
