Responsibilities:

• Control and cheking of the work of the outsource accounting company, including primary bookkeeping, payment order, reconciliation with suppliers, etc.
• Organization of procurement and supply: supplier search, order processing, delivery control, sending suppliers’ invoices to the payment, and requesting closing documents such as schet faktura and act, nakladnaya, review and follow the agreement terms, regular business trips to the Forish.
• Handling Administrative and Organizational tasks.
• Performing office management functions: income and outcome document flow, keeping touch with suppliers, providing the geological team with all necessary stuff, sending goods to Forish.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic accounting and understanding of financial operations.
• Experience in procurement and supply (preferred).
• Organizational skills, responsibility, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills.
• English of at least Intermediate level or Turkish language the same level knowledge is required.
