• Oversee operational workflows for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth transitions between design, construction, and close-out phases.
• Manage relationships with architects, engineers, and suppliers. You will oversee the bidding process, negotiate contracts, and ensure vendors meet performance standards.
• Coordinate with local authorities to secure zoning approvals and building permits. Ensure all site operations comply with building codes and safety standards.
• Monitor project budgets, review construction draw requests, and track expenses. You will be responsible for identifying cost-saving opportunities and mitigating financial risks.
• Conduct regular site visits to track construction progress, ensure quality control, and resolve on-site bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Legal departments to keep operations aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports for the executive team, detailing project timelines, budget status, and risk assessments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of operational or project management experience within the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of the development process (entitlement, design phases, construction methods, and property management).
• Ability to read and manage complex construction budgets, financial pro-formas, and cash flow schedules.
• Proficiency in real estate/construction management software and MS Office/Google Suite.
