Partner Operation Specialist

Duties:

• Sales Target Achievement: Analyze industry trends, identify key customers, develop expansion plans, and drive project sales to meet set targets.
• Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships, enhance partner collaboration, increase satisfaction, and adapt to diverse procurement/bidding models.
• Partner Development & Empowerment: Build a comprehensive partner map, provide enablement support, and manage the full cycle of partner selection and project operations.
• Project Operation Management: Handle end-to-end project processes: Deal registration, continuous follow-up, contract signing, and payment tracking.
• Brand Marketing: Execute marketing strategies to boost visibility and influence within the industry.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Partner Management, Account Management, or Marketing within the ICT field.
• Goal-oriented with high career ambition, strong responsibility, and excellent execution ability.
• Strong logical thinking, relationship management, negotiation, and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Integrity: Upright, trustworthy, and a strong team player.

Working conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
