PON/GPON Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Engineering implementation, commissioning, upgrade, troubleshooting, and network maintenance of related products and equipment.
• Track and feed back equipment problems, handle difficult problems, and collect and sort out technical information.
• Daily exchanges and communication with customers, and maintenance and improvement of customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the customer, pre-sales, and R&D departments to solve engineering or product-related problems, and provide necessary technical support.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Have a strong background in communications technologies and be familiar with communications networks;
• Understand project management knowledge, have good communication, coordination, organization, and planning capabilities, and be dedicated, cooperative, and responsible;
• To be familiar with PON products is preferred;
• Excellent communication - Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken;
• Flexibility for business triрs.
