Pre School Lead Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Teacher to oversee our class of 4 to 6-year-olds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with our curriculum, focusing on the English language, maths, literacy, science, and a variety of fun activities. This role requires a strong understanding of children's psychology and the ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Обязанности:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons across various subjects, including English language, maths, literacy, and science, while incorporating play-based learning and creative activities.
• Foster a loving and stimulating classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly to meet individual needs.
• Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, including conducting parent-teacher meetings and addressing any concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom that reflects the children's work and promotes a positive learning environment.
• Take initiative in developing new activities and improving existing programs to enhance children’s learning experiences.

• At least 3 years of experience working with young children, with a minimum of 1 year in a teaching role.
• Fluent/native British English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of child psychology and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Ability to approach challenges with a positive attitude and to handle difficult situations with confidence and grace.
• Must be caring, patient, compassionate, and dedicated to fostering a love for learning in young children.
• Strong initiative and creativity in lesson planning and classroom management.
