Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and engaging Interview Preparation Tutor to coach pharmacy candidates before their client interviews. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR, pharmacy operations, or professional training, and a passion for helping individuals communicate confidently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one or group interview preparation sessions with pharmacy candidates.

• Coach candidates on how to speak confidently and clearly during client interviews.

• Provide mock interviews, role-playing exercises, and feedback for improvement.

• Educate candidates on pharmacy-related terminology, client expectations, and communication etiquette.

• Identify each candidate’s strengths and areas for improvement, tailoring sessions accordingly.

• Collaborate with the HR and client relationship teams to align training with client expectations.

Requirements:

• Background in HR, pharmacy, healthcare, or professional coaching.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong understanding of U.S. pharmacy workflow and terminology (preferred).

• Ability to motivate and build confidence in candidates.

• Previous experience in interview coaching or recruitment is an advantage.
