Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and organized Procurement Manager to cordinate all activities related to tender identification, preparation, and submission. This is a full-time position based in Tashkent with opportunities for professional growth and direct impact on high-value projects.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Identifies and selects tenders to participate in

• Reviews tender documents and ensures deadlines are tracked

• Verifies technical and commercial submissions before finalizing

• Coordinates with company leadership on strategic tender decisions

• Ensures compliance with tender regulations and submission formats

• May communicate directly with suppliers or clients if needed

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in procurement or tender participation (e.g., 3–6 years minimum)

• Understanding of international tender procedures (World Bank, UN, etc.)

• Ability to read and interpret tender documentation

• English level: B2+ (written and spoken)

• Experience with Google Sheets / Excel / Document organization

• Leadership or team coordination experience is a plus
