Responsibilities:

• Draws up statutory accounts;
• Participates in stocktaking exercises;
• Produces raw materials, production materials and spare parts only in accordance with a correctly completed purchase order, if necessary;
• Performs incoming inspection when purchasing raw materials, production materials and spare parts. In the case of receiving substandard or inadequate quantities be received, he/she shall demand immediate replacement;
• Closely monitors the correctness of the accounting documents;
• Provides customs clearance of goods arriving from near and far abroad with observance of the Legislation of the Uzbek Republic;
• Provides certification of goods coming from neighboring and far-abroad countries, subject to obligatory certification in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Receives and closes cash advances to pay expenses according to the instructions.
• In case of impossibility to deliver the ordered raw materials, materials for production and spare parts by his/her own efforts, informs the Supervisor of the Logistics Department about the necessity to hire an outside supplier.
• Informs the Logistics Supervisor on a daily basis of the need to order an advance of cash for the processing of shipments to be dispatched or received in the accounts department;
• Keeps abreast of local market prices for deliveries to and from RUz;
• Prepares for conclusion of contracts with suppliers, coordinates terms and conditions of deliveries and payments;
• Researches possibility and expediency of establishment of direct long-term economic relations on supply of material and technical resources;
• Prepares claims to the suppliers in case of breach of contractual obligations, prepares calculations on these claims, coordinates with the suppliers the changes of the conditions of the concluded contracts;
• If there is no possibility of purchasing the ordered raw materials, materials for production and spare parts in the local market, performs their order abroad;
• Provides export and import of material and technical resources in accordance with the terms, quantity, quality, completeness, customs clearance provided in the contracts;
• Adheres to CCI Uzbekistan values and maintains confidentiality of information;

Requiremenеts:

• Higher professional education .
• Work experience in procurement
• English language level-advance
• Russion language level -advance
• Uzbek language level-advance
• Communication skills

• Ability to work with large volumes

• Schedule 5/2 from 8.00 to 17.00;
