• Understanding of the procurement cycle and supply chain principles
• Basic knowledge of logistics and construction materials
• Experience in document flow and working with contracts, invoices, and delivery notes
• Proficiency in ERP systems welcomed (e.g., 1C, SAP, Oracle)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, filters)
• Experience with document management systems and electronic archives
• Confident use of email, internal communication platforms, and shared databases

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Reliability, discipline, and a process-oriented approach
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle routine efficiently

• Higher education in Statistics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Management, or a related field
• English language proficiency (intermediate or higher – especially for international projects)

• Knowledge of construction industry specifics is a plus
