• 1. Legal & Regulatory Framework Development
  Develop and refine the legal and regulatory framework for implementation of Presidential Decree PD-6862220
  Ensure compliance with national education standards while maintaining program innovation
  Create admission regulations, academic progression rules, and university integration protocols

  2. Inter-Institutional Coordination
  Coordinate with Presidential School administration on curriculum implementation, student selection, and academic standards
  Facilitate integration of secondary engineering programs with university bachelor's curricula
  Organize regular coordination meetings with all stakeholders
  Manage communication channels and ensure alignment of objectives across institutions

  3. Industry Partnership Development
  Identify and engage industrial partners for internships, mentorship, and equipment support
  Organize industry advisory board meetings to align curricula with market needs

  4. Resource Mobilization & Funding
  Identify funding opportunities from international organizations, development banks, and grаntprograms
  Prepare compelling funding proposals and concept notes

  5. Monitoring, Evaluation & Quality Assurance
  Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for program effectiveness
  Design and implement monitoring systems for student performance, teacher quality, and learning outcomes
  Conduct regular program evaluations and impact assessments
  Prepare analytical reports and recommendations for program improvement
  Track graduate success rates and university integration outcomes

• Master's degree (required) in Education Management, Public Administration, Engineering, STEM Education, or related field
  PhD or international certifications in education management are strong advantages

  Professional Experience:
  Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in education program management, policy development, or related fields
  Proven experience in regulatory/legal framework development for education programs
  Track record of successful stakeholder coordination involving government, educational institutions, and private sector
  Experience in fundraising, or partnership development
  Background in monitoring & evaluation or program assessment

  Technical Skills:
  Strong understanding of STEM education best practices and international models
  Knowledge of Uzbekistan's education system, legal framework, and government procedures
  Proficiency in program management tools
  Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, data analysis, and presentation software

  Language Requirements:
  Fluency in Uzbek and English (oral and written) – mandatory
