Responsibilities:

• Assist the Team Leader in maintaining and overseeing the Project Documentation: amendments to the contract, letters;
• Make all necessary arrangements for the holding of internal department meetings and attend occasionally if required, as secretary to generate reports
• Assist Team Leader monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders
• Prepare invoices on monthly basis and tracking the payment status from the clients;
• Handle incoming and outgoing departmental mail – postal and courier - and maintains appropriate logs
• Communicate with Team Leader and member team through online channels
• Manage incoming documents for signatures, ensuring right entities are used in each document
• Assist guest team members when visiting other offices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance or relevant field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in basic Project Management and Business Operations, preferably in International Organizations
• Ability to work with social media
• Fluency in English, Uzbek and Russian languages
• Strong communication skills
