Project Financial Controller (PFC)

Duties:

• Manage end-to-end project financial operations, including performance monitoring, financial analysis, and supporting business decision-making;
• Implement key financial processes, including budgeting, estimation, accounting, closing, and rolling forecasting;
• Conduct project-level financial analysis to support contract acquisition, project delivery, and business target achievement;
• Ensure accuracy and quality of project financial data, and maintain compliance with internal financial control policies;
• Support implementation and monitoring of financial internal controls at the project level;
• Identify project operational and financial risks through data analysis, and drive corrective actions and business improvements;
• Perform variance analysis against targets and provide insights with root cause analysis and improvement plans;
• Support business teams in achieving financial and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields;
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent are preferred;
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and project finance;
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business analysis;
• Knowledge of micro and macroeconomic environment;
• Experience in project financial management and variance analysis;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment;
• English and Russian — working proficiency (B2 or above); Chinese language is an advantage.

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
