Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT project management.
At least 3 years of experience in IT engineering.
Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Hands-on expertise as a Full Stack Developer in a startup environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities in English (Japanese proficiency is a plus).

Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and data scientists.
Manage resources, timelines, and deliverables to meet project objectives.
Contribute to architectural decisions and development when necessary.
