Project & Team coordinator

We are looking for a Project and Team Coordinator to join our international team. This role combines project coordination and administrative support tasks. You will be involved in tracking project activities, managing operational processes, and ensuring smooth communication and logistics across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate small internal and external IT projects, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and communications are managed effectively.

• Customer success management and ensuring effective business communication

• Track project invoices, monitor payments, and support financial and administrative reporting.

• Oversee the logistics of equipment delivery, software licensing, and other operational needs for the team.

• Organize meetings, prepare documentation, and assist in maintaining project tracking tools.

• Collaborate with managers, HR, finance, legal and IT departments to ensure all administrative and operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, administrative management, or a similar role.

• Business education would be a plus

• Understanding of IT processes and terminology is mandatory; experience in an IT company is a strong advantage.

• Upper-Intermediate or higher English (spoken and written) — mandatory.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
