About the Project
Fuel card sales in the U.S. (all sales are conducted within the United States).
Project launch: March 2024.
Part of a logistics group: The project is a division of a U.S. trucking logistics group, which is the market leader in Uzbekistan.
The company is a registered IT Park resident with offices in Tashkent (two offices), Chicago, and Orlando

Purpose of the Role
To combine business analysis and quality assurance in one position by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and testing solutions to ensure they meet business needs and quality standards, supporting the success of the U.S. fuel card project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform functional, regression, and UI/UX testing of web and mobile applications
• Use DevTools for browser issue analysis
• Test APIs using Postman and Swagger
• Create bug reports, test cases, and test plans
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements
• Act as a liaison between business teams and development teams
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure product alignment with business goals

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing or business analysis
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile testing principles
• Proficiency with Postman, Swagger, and DevTools
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in writing bug reports, test cases, test plans, and requirements documentation (BRD, user stories, use cases)
• Higher education (technical or business-related degree is an advantage)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and problem-solving mindset

Would be a plus:
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Experience with automated testing
• English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation and communicating with international teams
