QC ENGINEER (CIVIL) EXPERIENCE IN RENEWABLES (SUBSTATION, OHTL)

• Experience in renewables (or relative substation, PV plant, transmission lines)
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or civil related field;
• Proficiency in English, Russian, Uzbek;
• Accountability for the quality and quality of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil (including Architectural and Structural discipline);
• All standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes;
• Skills to control effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality inspections on processes;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;

• Inspection and quality control of materials (including both construction and bulk);
• Civil inspections and check-ups;
• Organizing and participating in testing processes, as well as developing and implementing quality assurance plans, test products and services to ensure they meet the required standards, and report their findings to management;
• Interaction with other construction participants in terms of civil works.
• Full knowledge of QC and Civil related documents and reporting;
• Taking preventive actions to prevent defects and incompatibilities;
• Ensure that the products and services provided by a company meet the required standards;
• Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents;
• Stay Informed About Regulations: Keep abreast of changes in international trade regulations, especially in the solar and renewables sector.
• Compliance with Safety Standards: Ensure all components and processes comply with industry safety standards;
