• Verify quantities and costs

  Review contractors’ payment certificates and variation claims

  Assist in contract administration and cost reporting

  Participate in site inspections and progress evaluations

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BoQ)

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Experience in cost engineering or quantity surveying

Attention to financial detail

Languages: Languages: Uzbek (fluent), Professional working proficiency in English

• Contract Type: Project-based (6–36 months)

• The Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer will be responsible for cost estimation,

  budgeting, financial control, and contract cost management throughout the project

  lifecycle. The role ensures that project costs are effectively monitored and controlled in

  line with contractual and financial requirements
