Requirements:

• Education: Secondary specialized or higher education
• Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
• Languages: Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, and English (spoken and written)
• Skills:

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

2. Confident user of PC and office software (MS Office, email, messaging platforms)

3. Professional appearance and polite demeanor

4. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain composure under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome students, staff, guests, and partners in a courteous and professional manner

• Answer phone calls and emails; redirect inquiries to appropriate departments or individuals

• Provide general information on university services, schedule, and contact points

• Register and escort visitors when necessary; maintain visitor logs and correspondence records

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with relevant materials

• Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, booking rooms, and document management

• Support the organization of meetings, events, and delegations, including coordination and material preparation

• Liaise with internal departments including Faculties, Administration, and Marketing

• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
