Alif Uz Corp is an international logistics company operating in the U.S. market. We are growing rapidly and building a strong HR function from the ground up.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Recruiter who will be responsible for hiring office-based employees and will become a key partner to the HR Director in developing and strengthening the HR function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for office positions (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and other departments)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring requirements
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit
• Guide candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Participate in developing and improving HR processes
• Support the HR Director in building HR strategies, policies, and systems

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably hiring for office-based roles
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
• Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Proactive, organized, and self-driven approach
• Strong interest in developing a career in HR beyond recruitment
• Fluent Russian and English communication skills

• Experience working in international companies
• Experience recruiting for middle and senior-level positions
• Interest in HR analytics, HR systems, and process improvement

Working Schedule

• Full-time position
• U.S. business hours
• Working hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Tashkent time, UTC+5)
