About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), is a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA. We are seeking a Recruiter for the Tashkent Office. Schedule 1pm to 9pm. 5 days a week. 8 hours work (1 hr break).
Job Summary: The recruiter plays a crucial role in the company by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. The recruiter in the company will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs
- Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screening and reviewing resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role
- Managing the hiring process, including making job offers and negotiating terms of employment
- Building and maintaining relationships with external partners such as job boards, staffing agencies, and universities
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Contributing to the development of employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Qualifications and skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience;
- Proven proficiency in English, Uzbek, and Russian;
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
