A European pharmaceutical company is looking for a Regional Group Product Manager.
Area of responsibility: Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for Rx and OTC products.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis, sales forecasting.

• Product segmentation, targeting, and positioning.

• Create marketing programs, promotional and digital materials.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, pharmacy chains, and agencies.

• Organize training sessions and product presentations.

• Manage the marketing budget and participate in pricing policy development.

• Prepare reports and project documentation.

Requirements:

• ​​​​​​Higher education (pharmacy or medicine).

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a pharmaceutical company.

• Knowledge of Rx and OTC product specifics.

• Proficiency in English.

• Strong skills in sales analysis and forecasting.

• Experience in product promotion within pharmacy chains.

• Ability to conduct trainings and presentations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
