Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
- Identifying new opportunities to attract corporate clients.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Defining commercial strategies for clients, including sales targets, pricing, and customer care.
- Identifying lending opportunities and analyzing potential borrowers.
Client Needs Assessment:
- Conducting detailed reviews of client liquidity profiles and financing needs.
- Promoting the bank’s services and financial products effectively.
Loan Management:
- Overseeing all aspects of loan origination, including application preparation, underwriting, approval, documentation, and monitoring.
- Managing loan workouts and cash management operations.
Operational Excellence:
- Handling client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a commitment to maintaining the bank's reputation and integrity.
- Updating client profiles, opening accounts, and managing documentary operations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience and Expertise:
- At least 2+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager for corporate customers in the banking sector.
- Extensive knowledge of various banking products and services.
- Expertise in understanding financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory changes.
Proven Track Record:
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving complaints
