RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform PRM (Performance Recognition Management) bonus calculations for employees and teams.
• Create new ID identifiers for the Field Force (FF) team.
• Handle branding and OOH (Out-Of-Home) requests: collecting, processing, budgeting, production, and quality control.
• Develop and implement branding and OOH guidelines: create standards, explain to FF team, and monitor compliance.
• Set and manage KPIs for teams, monitor and summarize results.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding branding and OOH activities.
• Manage rental contracts: follow up on rental agreements, assist finance with photo-reports of acceptance, and remind about advance payments.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in BTL marketing, trade marketing, or a similar role.

• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and time management.

• Solid analytical and reporting capabilities.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with field force operations and retail activation processes.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM

• Location: Tashkent city, Turkistan street, 12A. “Platform” BC
