Responsibilities:
— Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and market positioning.
— Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the smartphone industry.
— Product Launch Management: Lead and coordinate the launch of new smartphones, including launch activities, product training, and post-launch support to maximize market impact.
— Retail Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key customers to drive product visibility and optimize sales opportunities.
— Promotional Campaigns: Design and implement targeted promotional strategies and campaigns to drive consumer engagement and boost sales at retail locations.
— Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of retail initiatives, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and market response. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance results.
— Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, supply chain, and other internal teams to ensure successful execution of retail strategies and alignment with broader business goals.
Requirements:
— At least 2 years of experience in retail marketing, go-to-market strategy, or a similar role, preferably within the technology or smartphone industry.
— Strong understanding of smartphone market dynamics, consumer behavior, and retail trends.
— Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
— Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
— Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and influence outcomes.

Work Schedule:
— Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
